Carmen is GREAT! She is hands down the best stylist in town! She is very very very friendly and she knows how to do hair. My hair was a mess before I went to her salon , I made an appointment off a reccomendation and she was right on! I love her and her style! She did my sisters hair for her wedding and it was great!

Crude, and that's it.

The day before my wedding I came to this spa to get the full treatment. The facial was awesome, but I was kind of peeved that after spending quite a bit of money the owner ran out into the parking lot to let me know she forgot to charge me for the $10 eyebrow wax. This was not to mention that I was coming back the next day with all of my bridesmaids to get all of our hair done. The next morning we arrived about 10 minutes late (we had five of us all in one car.. we had to pick everyone up) .. also note this is my wedding day...we got scolded by the owner for being late.

The hired out booth lady who did my hair was fantastic and very nice. We tipped her alot. The owner did the other girls' hair. She told one that she had very thin hair and was going bald. She cut another's one's bangs because they were unruly without even asking. Not one of the girl's liked their hairstyles and complained later that they shoud have done them themselves. The owner did give me some free product because I had a blemish on my face. That was nice of her. Maybe that was her idea of a kickback so we'd come back again.

I'd say all together we spent over $300 there and were treated nicely by everyone but the owner.
