I HAVE CRAVINGS ALL THE TIME FOR THIS PLACE!!. great food, great service, I really love going for lunch because the portions are the same as dinner time and there is no wait to be seated! My favorite things to order are the chicken lettuce wraps and the kung pao shrimp--hands down the most mouth watering shrimp I have ever had!!! If you want to go to dinner, make your reservation on-line. Arrive early, and if they dont call your name by your reservation time then go up and ask about your table...they will seat you on time. The service is super! Even on super busy saturday nights our servers are very friendly and check on us, refill drinks, more than enough over the night. Also, Try a key lime pie martini!

BEWARE - TAKE CASH. We have been going to PF Chang's for years and enjoy it. However, the last several times we have gone, we notice that our check total is incorrect. Each time we tell the server, they come up with some excuse about the computer and fix it. Then...a few days later when I look at the charge from my bank account, the total has been increased! I have a copy of my receipt with the tip amount and every time, the servers add anywhere from $2-$6 more than the correct amount. We tip at least 20% regardless of the service. I could think it was an accident if it happened once, but it happens over and over at PF Chang's, all with different servers. We will not eat there again unless we pay with cash!

Overpriced food that is just so-so. We had heard great things about this place so we gave it a try. We didn't think the food was any better than a cheap China buffet, but our bill was huge.

Pei Wei's is much, much better. The prices are better, and the food is worth going back for. I also hear they are owned by the same company.

Save some money and go to Pei Wei's. You will be much happier.

Boo you PF Chang's...boo you. My friend and I were told that we absolutely had to try the letuce wraps over at PF Chang's. We made a reservation for 6:30pm. We decided to go in early and called in to see if it would be okay. They said we would be just fine. Once we arrived, I gave a name and was told that it would be about a 25 minute wait. Low and behold, we get called about an hour later...which turned out to be 6:30pm anyway. I'm not impatient; however, when I am told 25 minutes, I believe it. Anyway, the food wasn't even that great. The oh so famous lettuce wraps were good but not worth the money at all. I ordered the Mu Shu chicken, and I would much rather have Coal Mine Dragon any day. Long strory short: save your money and an evening! PF Chang's (which should be Chinese Bistro, not China Bistro) was definitely just a one time regret.

This gussied-up chain bustles with singles and families craving Chinese food favorites.. In Short
Towering twin stallions and carved wood screens add majesty and mystery to this stylish restaurant, where well-dressed patrons sip martinis at the bar and families with children feast around large tables or in spacious booths. The menu gives Chinese classics a contemporary tweak; dishes are artfully presented, with many sauces made tableside by servers. Signature plates include diced chicken wrapped in cool lettuce leaves, orange-peel beef with chili peppers, and wok-fried scallops with lemon sauce.

Was Told I Had To Go. I'd been hearing about the lettuce wraps at PF Changs for years. A friend told me I just had to go, so my fiance and I slipped over there one night. It was quite a wait, but we figured it would be worth it. I thought the lettuce wraps were pretty good, but very messy. The service was fine and I liked the different sauces they gave you with the meal. However, I didn't find anything that really stood out to me as amazing at PF Changs. I don't have anything bad to say, but I wasn't as impressed as I thought I would be. Big chain restaruants have to do quite a bit to get my attention. This one didn't. I'll take the small locally owned Chinese places (actually I"m partial to Japanese, especially in Colorado Springs) anyway.

Love the service and the lettuce wraps!!. We go about once a month and always sit at the bar top. There are several great bar staff and the ones that know us remember our drinks (a la Cheers!!-and know our names) and introduce us to any new staff. We ask for menu recommendations and then if we try something new, they always tell us that if we don't like it, they will replace it with something else (truly unique since all people's tastes are so different- a real standout in a restaurant!!). there has only been one time we have had anything we didn't care for, and they asked us how we liked it, (we didn't even have to ask) and we said we weren't crazy about it. They immediately replaced the item with something we liked, no questions asked!! Excellent food and good menu, usually there is something new to mix it up a little, they change just enough to keep people's interest and still have old favorites available on request. They are always busy but we always get great service and excellent food. The management also makes sure they interact with the staff and the customers (not the usual-head down, mumbling" how was your meal?"-not wanting or caring to know the answer)-they actually are involved and do care. We love this place!

Not my style. I'm sorry but I don't understand all the hype about this place. The food is massed produced and of very questionable quality. Not my choice for Chinese food.

Not the best, but good. Some of the previous reviewers have never been to a fine restaurant, as this is not the best in town, however it is the best chain in town. Fine service and consistent food, and a great wines by the glass selection.
