Best Granite Company in Colorado..... They did a fabulous job on my countertops! They provided great service and I couldn’t be happier with their work. I searched all through Colorado Springs and Denver for countertop company’s before I came upon them and they turned out to be the best company in Colorado! My kitchen looks fantastic! You will not go wrong choosing this company! They are the best!!!…

Truly a "counter-revolution" in customer service!. No response to phone calls (just try calling them). Very late or no response to emails. Twice they have arranged to come do the installation and twice they have not turned up. Last time, after eight days of no response, an email was sent at 8:00pm with a contract full of errors, to be signed and returned by 9:00am the next day.

BE WARNED:

Do not give this company any money until the work is fully completed to your satisfaction. I was misled into giving them a deposit. It will mean going to court to recover this - assuming the company is still in business.…

Some things to look out for.... To start off we are overall happy with the end results. However, we were lied to a couple times along the way. 1st lie was that once we picked out our granite slab, the fabrication would take 2 weeks and the install would be done in 3 weeks... Our countertops were installed 7 weeks after picking out the slab.

2nd lie was that Counter Revolution would purchase and use the granite slab we choose from 3 local slab yards. My wife and I spent some time searching for the perfect granite slab over the course of a few weekends and a few evening, for them to use a different slab from who knows where. I actually got a call from the slab yard a couple weeks after the install asking if I still neededed my slab, which was still being held by them. The type of granite we choose wasn't one you could tell was different unless you had two slabs sided by side and they took advantage of that fact, and them time we spent picking out the slab was wasted.

3rd lie was the installers would arrive for the install between 10am and noon. They didn't show up till a little after 1pm. A call to Counter Revolution to determine if they were still coming went into voice mail, and wasnt returned.

I also tried to call Counter Revolution and talk to them about not using the slab we chose, that call has also not been returned.…
