Jula Salon & Spa. I absolutely loved this salon, very friendly and welcoming from the moment u step in the door. They accomadated our needs in a very professional way. T did an excellent job on my hair and took her time listening to what I wanted and did exactly that. Amanda also was awesome and I love how she does my hair! I will be refrring my friends:)

DISGUSTED!!!. I had my hair done by "T", and I really like it. Sadly, I will never return. The curly haired woman at the desk, along with the dirty, dumpy, aged look of the salon (if you can call that place a salon. I've had much better experiences at WalMart), have disuaded me from ever setting foot there again. I can do without the drama and personal discussions. What a gossip!!!! I overheard the curly haired receptionist speaking about other people's personal problems. I'd hate to get on her bad side....... What a FAKE!!!!! I choose to spend my money for the experience of relaxing and getting pampered. It doesn't happen there. Buyer beware!!!! Don't waste your time and money there. I won't be going back, and neither will my friends!!!

Disappointed. I moved to Colorado Springs from Los Angeles and my friend recommended that I go to Jula Salon. I was not impressed at all with the ambiance and the decor. Los Angeles salons are so posh and classy. Jula was drab, unattractive, boring, and uninviting. I had my first bikini, lip, and brow wax appointment with Alicia. It's never a delightful experience to get a bikini wax and my first impression of the establishment was substandard. I almost walked out. Then, Alicia greeted me with a warm hug and a beautiful smile. She was so geninue and made me feel so comfortable. She had this infectious personality and exuded kindess and warmth. She gained my trust immediately, which is very important when having someone do your bikini. It's a very personal and vulnerable experience and Alicia was professional and hand down, the best bikini wax I have ever had. Since then, I have done regular waxing and facials with her and my skin just feels amazing. I have been a loyal customer ever since. Last week, I found out that she is no longer working there. I was so disappointed. Alicia was the only reason I stepped foot in that place. I will never go back and plan to follow Alicia wherever she goes. Jula, you guys made a huge mistake letting her go.

Love the hair and personable service. I went to Martha with an idea of what I would ike. We worked together and she exceeded all of my expectations! She will be seeing me again in 6 wks! :)

Great haircut and customer service. I was originally going to the Aveda salon in my neighborhood. Normally I really like Aveda. However, the stylist managed to hack a major dent into the top layer of my hair. In desperation, I went to Jula and talked to the manager. I asked her to please, please hook me up with someone who had the skills to fix the problem. I got an appointment the same day with Martha. I got the best haircut I have had for some time. I am so relieved. I also like the staff a lot better at Jula than at the Aveda salon - much more friendly and down to earth.

Loved it!. I moved to the area last June and have been having trouble finding a stylist I could trust .(you know how it is ladies) I just had a horrible cut at another salon and needed to find another stylist. I have only been in the area since June and was having a hard time trusting anyone. This salon was recommended by a co-worker who is a "salon client" and goes to the sytlist that is available to her.... I went to Martha and she did a fantastic job!!! I explained what happened with my prior cut and she really talked with me and made me feel comfortable and I knew I could trust her. I have found a new salon... YEYYYY!! oh, and from what I saw, the staff is very friendly and I felt comfortable with the salon from the first greeting!

wow!!!. I recently went to Jula Salon & Spa to get my nails done by Lisa. She did a FANTASTIC job and it was obvious how much care and concentration she put into making my nails exactly the way I wanted them. Not only was Lisa incredibly friendly and easy to talk to, all of the others working at the time made sure I was relaxed and comfortable. Everyone was so nice and the environment was perfect. I can't wait to go back and have the same wonderful experience. I highly recommend Jula to everyone!!

I highly recommend Jula Salon & Spa!. I came to Jula needing my eyebrows waxed and my nails filled. Everything about my experience at the salon couldn't have been better! Everyone I came into contact with was so friendly and very professional. The wax job on my eyebrows is by far the best I've ever gotten, and my nails look perfect. I really recommend going to Jula Salon.

Best Customer Service in CS. Jula Salon is the best salon I have been to in a long time. The WHOLE staff is wonderfully friendly and always wearing a smile. My stylist, Martha, is so talented and amazingly sweet. And Alicia does all of my waxing. She is SO professional and made me feel very comfortable. Their hours are very convenient for people in the military. They genuinely care about their clients. I have recommened them to all of my new friends in town. Definitely 5 stars!!

Awesome haircut, love you guys. I went to Julia's in need of a hair cut. The fact that they stay open during the evening hours was awesome. Most places close at 5 or 6 and normal people just can't make it in, But not Julia's. Its open late and they don't rush me out the door like some places do. The mens haircut I recieve from Debbie was great. No one usually says anything to me when I get a haircut. But after this cut, I got a lot of people saying "nice haircut" and most of them came from the ladies so that is always good. When Debbie is not in I have tried the other stylist and never walked out of there disappointed. But Debbie is my girl for mens hair cuts. But don't tell her I said it.

I tried a massage recently too. Amazing is all can say. I about melted on the table. Great people, great hair cuts, great place.
