My husband surprised me with a spa day for my birthday and I certainly wasn't disappointed with the services offered at Jula! My haircut was done by Brooke and she did a wonderful job!!! I didn't really know what I wanted and I told her that my only requirement was a style that was quick and easy to maintain and she went above and beyond. I will definitely be going back for regular haircuts. My massage and pedicure were both done by Kristi ( I think I spelled her name right...) and they were wonderful. She took the time to listen to what I was needing out of a massage and focused on those areas. The services here are wonderful, the environment is very friendly and everything was done in a timely manner! I can't wait for my next appointment!!!!

Best salon in Colorado Springs!!!!. Being a military wife it can be extremly difficult to find a good salon in a new city. I hit the jackpot with Jula! The owner, Julie, and the manager, Donna, are two of the nicest people I've ever met! I have been going to Jula for over a year and each visit is better than the last! I get my hair cut, colored, and styled by Amanda. She is the most AMAZING stylist on the planet! She also does my nails & pedis to perfection & keeps my eyebrows in top form! I have had massages by Cindy & she is also FANTASTIC! Pauline just gave me the most AWESOME eyelash extensions! I HIGHLY recommend Jula! They are beyond FANTASTIC!!!!

Great Experience!. My friend recommended Jula as a great place to go for a manicure. I had been envious of her beautiful nails and I was not disappointed with my first visit there today. I saw Amanda for a "rock star" manicure. She was very pleasent and took her time while doing my nails, which look wonderful. Donna at the front was also very sweet and made sure all my needs were met. I left Jula feeling great about the experience and with beautiful nails! Look forward to going back!!

Robbie is the BEST!!!. This salon is the best place to go if you are looking for a friendly atmosphere and great people. The thing I love most about Jula is they make you feel like you are at home!! If you go to Jula I defiantly recommend Robbie as you stylist. He does a great job and he will never let you leave if you don't like your style. He is a great stylist and a great friend!! Jula is truly the best place to go if you want to leave looking like a movie star!! I love Jula Salon & Spa you guys rock!!!

Not Impressed. I just moved to Colorado Springs and for Mother's Day my husband wanted to treat me to a pedicure. A friend referred me to the salon as she had previously attended an all-day spa session there. I figured why not and kept an open mind.

Needless to say it is not worth the money they charge for the pedicure. The chairs were broken but they did promise that new ones were on the way. Too little too late though as I was paying the same price that someone else will pay once they get to enjoy the new chairs. So, that was strike 1. Then looking around the salon, the pedicure area is not a relaxing environment as you stare at the front door the entire time. Strike 2. Then the overall service of the pedicure, was not impressive either. I told the gal to not go easy on the message and apparently that was inturpretted as go softer. Strike 3.

Overall, just simply not impressed and my wallet felt robbed after I left. I will not return.

Love the Hair/horrible personality. This was my first salon that i tried since moving to colorado.The people were very nice and i came 10 min early and they offered me water while i waited. Then my appointment with stylist named NORMA came and introduced herself and eltc. So shes getting everything ready for the highlights and she kept on complaining that she wasnt feeling well. and that she had a horrible headache, the music sucked and to loud and so on and so time goes by and we go and get my hair rinsed and shampoo and conditioner. i go and seat back down and she starts to comb out my hair and literally my head is being pulled sideways and she was like " i knew we shouldve done the deep conditioner!" i told her that i was sorry and the entire time she was just like " man im getting an arm workout over here" and so she started to cut my hair after she got my hair combed out. i mean she should know after you bleach your hair is going to be very brittle and dry. and then she literally said " Girl this is the most difficult hair cut i have ever done" after she told me that i wanted to just sink into my chair and disappear: i felt like leaving but i just stuck it out. i really felt insecure after she told me that...iv got my hair highlighted over a dozen times and by far i have never been told to my face anything so hurtful. even though my hair did come out good i wont be returning to this salon. if i wanted a therapist i would have gone to one.

Friendly. When I first came to Colorado I tried out a few salons but wasn't ever very pleased until I found Jula. Since I found Jula nobody else has touched my hair. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The atmosphere is nice and relaxing as well. And any products that I have purchased there and haven't worked out for me they are always more than willing to take them back and give me a credit.

The Best Salon & Spa I have been to. I have been going to Jula for over 3 years and I have never been to a better place. Laura does both mine and my daughter's hair and we both love her work. Robbie cuts my son's hair and my son loves him. Lisa does my nails and she does fabulous work. From the minute you walk in, you feel welcomed and like you are part of their family. I will never go to another salon. I highly recommend Jula to anyone. I refer Jula to everyone that I know.
