bad hair cut and color

My hair seemed to be ok, BUT when I got home in my own bathroom light didn't not like what i saw... The color or the cut especially the framing around my face and shape of my bangs..
Calling there was also a waste of time.. The . Styliest..liked what he did... It took him forever to get my hair cut and colored ,,,, I got there at 11:30 left there close to 4:00 pm. Now I have a horrible hair color and a horrible cut... Nothing can be done about it expect put dish washing soap on to lighten it up this was recommeneded by the syliest. Why would I pay a 120 dollars to get my hair colored to wash it out with dish soap....... Now the holidays are here I have no idea what I am going to do to get my hair fixed. .....I am now out 120.00 dollars for a job that was not done right... The customer is always right, especially when it comes to their hair..... I requested half of my money back, that is something that will never happen... I am so upset about this that I can not sleep...The first time it happened there I let it go with just a phone call but this time. I tried someone else and the same thing the wrong hair color. they just don't listen ..I am really ticked off..... Learn by others mistakes, I use to believe in second chances not when it comes to my hair...The money in the meters is another reason to stay away... The color will fade, but the bad cut is somthing that will take some time....Upset and very disappointed.

EXTREMELY disappointing

I went in for a hair cut at 9am. When I finally emerged, it was noon and I had gotten a parking ticket (even though I had taken a break from the ridiculous haircut to put more coins in the meter- two hour limit). The stylist inspired anything but confidence when she repeatedly joked that she didn't like what I liked and cut my hair accordingly. She said she didn't like to work from pictures and looked for other stylists to show her how to do things she couldn't remember from her class?? 3 hours of nothing but cutting hair and her bad singing in my ear, I left with a terrible haircut and a parking ticket. My bad haircut cost me $70 including the ticket.
The next day, I called and left a message stating that I wished to speak with a manager. It was the stylist that called me back and said that wasn't possible to speak to a manager, that they were independent contractors, and I could only speak to her. She offered to fix the cut or recommend me to another stylist but I said, "No, thank you." I don't want to end up in her chair or anyone else's chair in that place for another 3 hours. Needless to say, don't go there.

GREAT HAIR EXTENSIONS

I was reading a post on City search, I too have had my extensions done at Lady Godiva Hair Studio and I paid more than 750.00 I had a much different experience my extensions were amazing. They did last the full four months and I had no problem getting in for my once a month appt. I was shocked to read such a bad review I have been a client in the Salon for 9 years and even if I have so much as tried something new cut, color ect and felt like I needed a change help styling a new cut ect, the staff there has been more than helpful. Sometime's I too have had to wait to get in for about a week but they are great and busy. I think that sometimes people may have different expereinces but myself and several family members attend this saon and have had nothing but a great experience and will be loyal clients for many more years to come.
