Very Bad Experience. I was super excited to get my hair cut by Eric after reading the reviews. I must have got him on a very bad day (actually days). The first time I went in for a pretty simple long layered cut- I am/was growing my hair out. He seemed irritable right off the bat and I felt like I was walking on egg shells. He worked very fast and just seemed to be cutting random cuts (no parting, pulling hair out to make sure they were symmetrical, etc.). I figured this was because he was a "Paul Mitchelle Educator" so he must really know what he was doing. He quickly blow dried and straightened my hair (it's slightly wavey) and told me I was done. I was surprised at how little time he spent on my hair and when I commented on the quickness he said, "time is money." Once I got home and washed the "straightness" out of my hair I realized the cut was totally asemmetrical- layers on one side and none on the other! I felt so uncomfortable about going back but I wanted my hair fixed! I called and said I'd prefer someone else fix my hair because I felt Eric was so unfriendly- they told me he would insist on fixing it. This time he was a lot nicer but, to make both sides symmetrical, he just cut a chunk out of the side with no layers! I was very upset but just wanted him to get his hands off my hair! I ended up going to Veda to get it fixed. My stylist said the cut had absolutely no rhyme or reason to it and asked me if Eric was sober when he cut my hair. So, after 3 hair cuts and $110, I ended up with a decent hair cut- but wayyy shorter than I wanted. Maybe he was having a bad couple of days but...I am convinced he does not know what he is doing! I am taking my business to a salon where my time and money are just as important as the stylist's.

Tiffany is the best!!!. I hit the jackpot when I found Lady Godiva; specifically Tiffany. She is amazing. I have going to her since last year and I have been extremely happy with the color, cut and style from day one. Not only is she a professional, but she is so nice and friendly. Everytime I go in for service I feel like I am visiting with an old friend.

She recommended Awapuhi (Paul Mitchell) products for my hair; they really help deal with the dry climate. Also, she knows a really good massage therapist - ask her!!!!

Groupon care with Tiffany. This was my first time to this salon and I only went because I had a Groupon. Let me just say that I was treated with the utmost care and professionalism. I was able to get an appointment just the day before. Tiffany transformed my drab, brittle hair to a gorgeous, shiny, sassy cut. My mother says I look 10 years younger and my husband couldn't wait to take me out to show me around. I bought a lot of their products and they were moderately priced. I will definitely be back, Tiff.

The Best Hair Care in Town!!!!. Have had my hair done by Eric on and off for years. I say on and off because I've left Eric a couple of times over the last few years but have always returned for the best. I have been coloring my hair in town for 16 years and Eric is by far the best colorist around. I am now at Lady Godiva every 4 weeks religously. Yesterday I was there and got the works!! My color included highlights, low lights and PM shine. A must is the PM Awapuwi Wild Ginger Keratin treatment where Eric's assistant Carla will give you the head massage of your life. All of this was followed by a precision haircut and fantastic styling. And yes, you will never leave without a hug!!! The atmosphere is hip, relaxed and fun. Great job to Eric and his entire staff. Merry Christmas!!!!

Hairdresser Tiffany - Miraculous With Ethnic Hair. Had my appointment with Tiffany for a hair color, eyebrow wax, and get my bangs styled. I was scared to have my hair done because of bad hair experiences in the past.

As I slowly walked into the Lady Godiva Hair Studio, Tiffany was there to greet me. She placed me gently into her chair. I told her exactly what I wanted, as I have very curly Puerto Rican hair and have always been fearful of hairdressers who don't know how to deal with curly hair. She listened to my every word and threw in a few professional suggestions.

End result was excellent hair color, bangs cut and styled beautifully, my curls were soft and shiny, and my eyebrows were done to perfection without any redness or bumps.

Tiffany not only knew what she was doing, but she is not only positive and honest, but it is also evident that she practices what she preaches because her hair and make-up are beautifully done.

I'll be back!!!!!!

great service. I had my first appointment with Dan this week. He was extremely personable and very patiently listened to what I wanted to do with my hair. In fact, he sat down with me and chatted about it in a manner that said, "I am really listening and care about getting it right."

He also was very interesting to talk to and makes incredible truffles! Truly a multi-talented person.

Aside from the great cut, Dan mixed a tinted glaze for me that was outstanding. It couldn't have been more right on.

It was just all around a great experience and I actually didn't want to leave. I would have preferred to pull up a chair and have a long chat with Dan. Thanks Dan!!

Creative, professional and fun!. This was a great hair experience, Lauren is a wonderful stylists: kind, creative and talented. Would recommend to anyone in C/Springs who likes to support local businesses cuz this place is awesome!!

Excellent Job Tiffany!!!!!. I bought a Groupon at Lady Godiva and Tiffany was the gal that did my hair and I really love it. She is a talented stylists who knows how to do hair. I was hesitant in finding a new stylist but Tiffany put me at ease with her wonderful Cut. I have been back since for color and LOVE that as well. I didnt know that Tiffany did weddings and makeup as well. I will definitely have her do my wedding next year. Thank you so much Tiffany for giving me my hair back. It is so manageable and easy to style now and I LOVE MY COLOR. THANK YOU! THANK YOU!

Fabulous. I had to admit I ad some trepidation when I went at first. I had the same hair dresser for over 20 years and decided it ws time for a "fresh look". Dan iw wonderful, welcoming and made me feel at ease right away. He did not push me into anything I didn't want but rather listened, we made some minor changes and have been working towards a newer look. The color he has used is just striking (subtle but noticeable).

I love the change, the truffles and yes, the hugs as someone mentioned. I would recommend Lady Godiva anytime.

AMAZING Salon and Stylist. My long time friend and stylist moved out of state which left me with the agonizing task of finding a new stylist that I would like and trust. A girlfriend reccomended I go see Eric at Lady Godiva, both her and her husband promised me I would love him. I couldn't be happier. My teenage daughter loves him as well. Eric is truely the best, the salon and everyone that works there are wonderful, oh and Dan makes incredible truffles!! Try this place out once and you will never go anywhere else again!
