Fabulous Food!!. Hmmm...I'm not sure what the other people posting on here are talking about, however, I have been to East Coast deli consistantly since I first discovered it back in 2005 and have always had great experiences. Anyone looking for consistently great food and service should give E.C deli a try. Some people are simply too picky and like to complain about every little thing! Don't let their foolish complaints deter you! You won't regret it :)

Good food, good price, Diner atmosphere. i frequent this place. good stuff. also never had the bad service talked about here and i've been there at least a dozen times. i'm about to go there right now!

Horrible Experience!!!. My experience here was horrible! I waited over twenty minutes for a cup of soup and a small side salad. Two people sat down after I'd ordered and recieved their food before me. The soup was disgusting and the server was incredibly rude. Customer service is atrocious. They don't care about their customers at all.

Employees= Thieves!!!. Food was okay. Customer service was absolutely horrible. The waitress had been rude throughout my time there, so i figured okay...1.00 tip! But apparently she thought she deserved otherwise. I got on the computer later to check my bank statement and saw that my lunch had become 25.00, and not the 22.00 i intended. Only a couple bucks difference but enough to get anyone ticked off, right? Therefore, beware of a four-eyed, nappy haired meanie of a server, and maybe no tip was better than any!!!

Great food, even better service!!. None of the negative posts on this board are true!! The food is amazing, the service is highly professional and the waiters and waitresses are always fair and care very much about their customers. The other reviewers are braindead and need to stop complaining about everything. Patience is a virtue. A little bit will go a long way.

Great Food.....Terrible Service. The food is great and the portions generous... But the wait staff ignores customers, before, during, and after the meal! We've been there three times and the service is consistenty bad; not just to us but to many other customers. We've even had a waitress leave work without turning our table over to another waitress! We'll still go there for the food...if we have lots of time to spare and don't mind getting our own drinks; otherwise we've found a new NY-style deli.
