Food was "ok". Service Excellent!. We are from New Mexico and have been visiting mexican restaurants all over Colorado Springs. This restaurant was rated high on this site so we thought we'd give it a try. The chips and salsa were standard. The salsa was a bit watery and the refried bean liquid was interesting as a dip for the chips. We tried combo plates and they were pretty good. Nothing like we are used to in New Mexico. The masa on the tamale was a bit mushy and the refried beans were like baby food. No texture. I will say that the service was exceptional! Overall it was just "ok".

Great atmosphere. We went for an early dinner, so the restaurant wasn't crowded. We got excellent, friendly service, and were delighted that the music over the speakers was loud enough to enjoy, but low enough to carry on a conversation in normal tones instead of the shouts requied in some places.

The menu had a great variety, and although we had our favorites, we look forward to going back and trying the other dishes. I've had better food (at much higher prices) but the overall experience was the best I' ve known in recent years.

Good value and food. We had a coupon for this restaurant and figured we might as well check it out. We were pleasantly surprised. The food was good, the service was good and we left with take homes. All in all it was a very pleasant experience and a great value.

Tasty and consistant Mexican food!. I've ate here multiple times over the past 4 years. When they're not packed, the service is friendly and fast. The food is always served fresh, hot, and delicious. It's a bargain when you use the coupon found in the monthly Valu-Pak junk mail.

Purty Quality Mexican Food. I enjoyed eating at this restaurant and the mix of hispanic population in this restaurant made me feel confident that the food would come out great. My husband was thrilled to see vegetarian fajitas on the menu and they were heaping full of good stuff. What big plates! The restaurant is nice and the food is pretty good compared Mexican restaurants around town. The service was very slow, but the place was jammed full. I'd return.
