Patients are not a priority. Waited 3 wks. to see Dr. Nagy. 45 minutes before office closed Thurs. evening, I get a phone call from the office manager, Nancy, that Dr. Nagy has to reschedule my appt. for the next day. I call back the next day and they get me in to see one of his partners, Dr. Fisher, the following Wednesday (3 business days later). Tuesday Nancy again calls me back to say the Dr's decided I need to see Dr. Nagy Friday instead of Wednesday and Dr. Fisher cancelled my appt. for Wednesday. I have family coming into town Friday and cannot see Dr. Nagy at the time given (the office manager informed me he "worked me in to his schedule" as if I should feel privileged for being moved without my permission). I let the office manager know I was very frustrated with this whole situation, and why should I count on another Friday for Dr. Nagy to cancel? She informed me that "he's done this too many times now" to cancel again. I also let the office manager know I felt that patient priority is last on their list after office politics, and that I was an after thought in this whole mess. I've now rescheduled with another practice.

Dr. Nagy. Dr. Nagy saved my life, he was never arrogant, nor boastful, always had a smile. Even when he thought I would die, he never let me see that doubt, he always gave me hope. He truly is a wonderful surgeon and he deserves to be acknowledged for his accomplishments.
