Don't waste your time - owners don't appr. your business. Run-of-the-mill food, extremely poor service from owners and bar staff (we were attending a wine tasting dinner), inconsistent response to same-paying customers. Worst of all: no response to multiple emails sent directly to owners detailing our experience (as of 25 august no response from e-mails sent on 10th and 14th of august). Tony (owner) had responded within hours to e-mails concerning the event before we signed up for it.

There are too many exceptional restaurants in the Tri-Lakes area to waste your time on this one. Doubt they will last very long and will never see us again.

Excellent service. The service at Fusion World is excellent. I have visited several times and each time had a special request that they had no problem fulfilling. My favorite menu items are the Lettuce Wraps, Pot Stickers, Tom Yum Goong soup, Pepper Shrimp & Pad Thai. Unfortunately I have to agree with the reviewer below about the Garlic Spinach Mussels and will add the Thai Fried Prawns. I think they were both frozen/pre-packaged. Both should be removed from the menu or revamped to fresh. Everything that is made fresh is excellent and I also enjoy their original sauces. The owners and waitstaff are very helpful, kind and gracious.

much much improved. Fusion has improved a great deal. Try the Seafood Medley. They have a better wine list with wines from all over. I would not suggest the steaks but the Lamb chops were very good. The ambience is very nice and I enjoyed the oriental cuisine with an American style of service. The waitstaff can actually explain the menu unlike many other chinese restruants.

Awful. It is not often that I give a restaurant this poor rating, but there is no redemption here. The menu is doiminated with fish, none of it fresh. The stuffed mussels were those previously fronzen on the half shell, if you have had them in the past you know what I say, if not just trust me not to go there. I ordered the beef stir fry with "wild" mushrooms only to be served button mushrooms. The meat itself was grade B. The wine list is barren. If they last the year I will be surprised.
