Best Holistic Help for Hypothyroidism. I recommend holistic healing health and Dr. Moshrefi to all my friends and family. I was diagnosed with Hypothyroidism at age of 9 years old and since then I have been told every 2 to 3 years that I have it and then that I don't. This has been going on until last year that a friend recommended Dr. Moshrefi and holistic healing health because she was feeling so much better. At age of 49 last year I made an appointment and right away it was obvious that this time it was going to be different. Dr. Moshrefi let me know that I was not in a traditional medical office and asked if I was willing to make the changes that were needed to feel better. Who knew what a huge difference it makes in your health when you put nutrients in your body instead of empty calories and toxins? I feel best in a very long time that I can remember, my weight has been the most stable in my life time and I finally have hope for my life and future. PLEASE if you have been diagnosed with Hypothyroidism and you are on the ban wagon of cynthroid versus cytomel, do your self a favor and go see them. I promise you won't regret it.

Caring, knowledgeable and professional Practitioner. I went to see Dr. Moshrefi at holistic healing health as a last resort about Hypnosis for weight loss.

The last time that I had been weighed I weighted 425lbs and in a hospital in 2008 and I knew that I had gained more weight since then.

She sat down with me, went over my history, looked over my lab results and advised me of a plan. I had already done all kinds of weight loss plans but she assured me that it was not a quick fix weight loss. So I started the program. It did include life style changes and actually learning about what I was putting in my body, as well as a program to detox and rejuvenate at the same time.

Dr. Moshrefi explained to me every step of the way the what, why and how. Now I have been seeing her for about 10 months and I weight 265lbs and going down. I am off of my insulin pump and able to tie my shoes. A bigger change is that my wounds are healing, I am off of anti acids after using them for about 35 years, I have a zest for life and after a very long time I think that I have a future. I am able to walk about 1.5 to 2 miles a day, something I couldn't even dream of.

She is tough, she will tell you as it is and not the sugar coated version, but she will also take your hand and guide you. I remember at my very first appointment she made it clear that I was not in a medical office and asked me if I was willing to do my part, something I had never been asked in all of my years of visiting doctors who just seemed to want to put me on another medication.

Excellent Service. I went to see Dr. Moshrefi (she actually had an MD from Afghanistan) after having been miserable for about Three years with constipation, diarrhea and general feeling of lack of well being.

I had an upper GI and a lower GI which cost me an arm and a leg and after which I was told that there is nothing wrong with me and that it is all in my head.

After about Three days of me visiting with Dr. Moshrefi and following her advice, the gas and distention was gone, in about Two weeks I no longer had the alternating constipation and diarrhea. Now I have been her client for about a year and my hair is growing back, I have lost 35lbs and I know once again how it feels to feel healthy.

I wish I had known about her before I spent thousands of dollars trying to see what was wrong with me. All I can say is that she has been a god sent to me and I will gladly refer any of my friends and family to her.

Great place to get well fast!. Venus is one of the best providers around. She has many ways to approach wellness and can get you results fast. She has several specialties, but is known for being able to support healthy patterns thyroid, blood sugar, hormones and cholesterol the most. Great office.

INSOMNIA, HIGH CHOLESTEROL and HORMONE BALANCING. I recommend them to ALL my friends and family. I found Holistic Healing and Health staff to be knowledgeable, professional and eager to help you get healthy. I needed help with INSOMNIA, HIGH CHOLESTEROL and HORMONE BALANCING. In about Six months I no longer suffer from Insomnia or Hot Flashes and my Cholesterol is well under control. All with just following good advice. THE BEST SOLUTION FOR MY HIGH CHOLESTEROL. I was diagnosed with high Cholesterol about ten years ago and was placed on Lipator. After about four years on lipator they discovered that lipator had damaged my liver. Since then I had been on and off so many times I can not remember. A friend recommended Holistic Healing and Health with Dr. Moshrefi because she had great results with her Cholesterol problem, so I went.

Staff was very nice and polite, they send me to the lab to measure my Cholesterol levels before and at that time my total Cholesterol was 289, Triglyceride 211, LDL 118 and HDL 43. After that Dr. Moshrefi recommended three supplements and few dietary modifications. After Eight weeks on the supplements my cholesterol was measured at 208, Triglycerides at 149, LDL 83 and HDL 58. Besides the numbers I started to have more energy and feel better over all.

Thanks for giving my kids their dad back. I first came to see Ms. Moshrefi for symptoms of Fibromyalgia and lack of ability to loose weight. A friend of mine recommended her because he had seen her also for Fibromyalgia and after few visits was feeling much better. I started visiting with Ms. Moshrefi and after about three months I began to feel much better, the pain and body ache started to go down. I had more energy, so I became more active and started loosing the weight that I had not been able to before. Thanks for all your help and I will continue to learn from you about how to take care of myself. I also want to thank you on my familya??s behalf; this has given them a husband a father back.
