Customer Service could be a lots better

I just don't get it... I just read about the first four reviews about Entertainmart and their horrible customer service. At the same time I have been trying to apply for a job there - for any position- and never even get called for an interview. I love your store but do admit the customer service there is bad. I am a hard worker, can work any shift (including evening- weekends-holidays) I take pride in my appearance, intelligent, experienced What are you looking for??

I have been here a few times only because I am that "thirfty" guy. Not only that, but I'm not too much of a fan of the pawnshops also known as EbGames/Gamestop; the end. While this place is generally 10-20% cheaper than Gamestop the customer service is something to be desired... by none. IF, you're lucky you can walk in, get what you want and no one is in line. Then at most you'll wait 5 mins or so before someone stops playing grabass (literally) in the back with a fellow worker and helps you. However, more often than not, there'll be about 3-4 people behind the counter having sweet conversations and 2 ppl at the registers while a swell of ppl are in line waiting to purchase/sell their underpriced games. The ppl @ the register move as slow as molasses and for some reason ask for your name and where you live to type in their computer EVERYtime you purchase. Apparently their computers have alzheimer's.

They do give cash for your items and for a better price then you'll get anywhere in a hurry.

Looking to get some cash for your games; go here. Looking to find a decent game/movie (used) for a "thrifty" price; go here. Looking to wait to the point of boredom, asking yourself why you came here, attitude, urine smell when you walk in, sloppiness, non-hygenic staff and solicited by panhandlers RIGHT by the freaking door; come here.

• Pros: Cheap(used), gives decent cash for trades, good selection
• Cons: bad service, all around shady, high possiblity of long wait, panhandlers out front

good product and prices. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

i went in to entertainmart to trade a copy of a x-box game i never play for GTA 4. the kid behind the counter was unbelievably rude!!!! first of all his personal hygene was nothing short of disgusting . ontop of that i was sitting at the counter infront of the register for a good 5 minutes befor he pried his eyes away from the computer . than he unenthusiasticly dragged himself over to the counter to help me . at that point i felt like asking for his manager. but just figured he would probably bring out some other zit faced grease pile and waste more of my time. i got the game and it works fine. but will not be going back on the count of the horrible customer service. if i was the owner or manager at entertainmart i would fire most of the people that work there faster than they could blink. they have great prices and product but their staff is making it hard for people to actually buy stuff.

• Cons: horrible customer service absolutley horrible! crowded parking lot ! good luck finding someone to help you !
