friendly and accomodating. Everybody in the hotel was very friendly and accomodating. Lauren was a very sweet bartender. Great drinks.

Everything was great. Also used the shuttle service and both drivers were friendly but totally professional. Everyone was so helpful with our family. Really paid attention to our needs.

Would return to Crowne Plaza. I asked for a late check out. I explained I was working outdoors all day and before I went to the airport I wanted to shower. The staff allowed me to check out at 3pm, which was fantastic. I was able to drive to the airport in fresh clothes and withouth the track smell. For this reason alone, if I am in the area of Colorado Springs, I will stay here.…
