Best Wedding Catering in CO. I can't say enough about Michelle and her team! She was amazing! She not only was the one in charge of the catering, but acted as my wedding coordinator. This is by no means part of her job as a catering company, but she paid so much attention to detail with my wedding and wedding location that she ran the show and did an amazing job! She made my vison her vison! We had a colorado style wedding, so the tri tip beef and sides were a perfect fit and wow they were yuuummy! Our guests are still talking about the food at our wedding!

Buffalo Gals not only has amazing food, but they don't beat you to death with prices eaither! I would have paid double for the services and food we got! It was that good!
