I took my golden to these non professional groomers they were rude and they shaved my golden which they said it was matted but it was not at all because i comb it daily. On top of it they razer burned it really bad and for some reason she had pulled muskles in her front legs. All i wanted was a shedless treatment. I had to pay for the vet bills.The hair hasnt grown back and its been over 5 months. They obviously have no idea what they are doing because everyone should know you never shave a 2 coated dog im not a groomer but i even know that. They are also mean to the dogs as well or else the legs on my dog wouldnt have been messed up. I am so upset and will never recommend them to anyone.

Very Professional. I searched for a long time for a *professional* groomer that really understands what a Miniature Schnauzer is supposed to look like and finally found it at this place! I take my retired show dogs here and get beautiful grooming every time. This place is fantastic and puts some of those other places at the bottom of the barrel. Think for yourself - just drop by and check it out for yourself. I think the difference will be obvious - this is a great place!!

amazing place to take your pets. After reading the two bad reviews about Tailored Tails, I decided to take a chance on them since we were quite unhappy with the big box pet store we had been using near our house. We wanted a place to take our dog that was convenient and, above all, a place that would actually care for a dog that is part of our family.

We have been taking "Duke" to them for over a year and have never had one single problem. Their rates are better than where we used to go and, more importantly, Duke loves them.

The biggest change I saw, other than Duke receiving much better grooming, was in his demeanor. When picking him up from the pet store we used to use, he was always shaking like a leaf. We decided to look for a new groomer after his last trip because he was shaking as soon as we arrived and seemed to be in quite a bit of stress. I couldn't help but wonder what he was going through, after being dropped off, that would make him act this way.

After using Tailored Tails for over a year, I can't help but wonder if the negative posts were from a competitor or a former employee. We are treated with professionalism and common courtesy and Duke is happy. Duke, by the way, is a Toy Poodle.

If you love your pet, the way we do, this is the place to go. Better rates, awesome care and, no surprises in cost or grooming quality. What more would you want for your pet? HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

WARNING!!!!. Whatever you do, dont go to tailored tails. My dog came home traumatized which makes me wonder what they did to him there. His hair cut was horrible! It was also way over priced. Front desk lady is very rude and does not know what she is talking about. The groomer who i think is the owner has an awful personality. I dont even know how she is running a business. I witnessed her yelling at a customer telling the lady that she neglected her dog and that she was ignorant and should not be able to have a dog. I then talked to the lady outside and she told me the whole story. The dog was clearly not neglected and loved its owner very much! the pizza delivery lady even came over and told us how crazy the owner of tailored tails is! now thats pretty bad when the businesses around them think they are nuts! I have already told 3 people this story so they will not be going back. also the lady i talked to today had already told 7 people that she knows that go there and they will never go back either. So right there thats 10 people in a day so hopefully those people will tell others and so on. This place should not be in business!! Especially not when the owner treats people the way i witnessed. If she treats people that way i wonder what she is doing to our pets! I also have read several horrible reviews. I wish i would have researched it a little more before i made the decision to go there because i now regret that i put my innocent dog through that!
