Great Guys, Great Job!. We paid for carpet cleaning service for the house we were moving out of last June, but it never got used for that house so this company let us hold on to the service ticket until we needed it. After all the traffic of moving in and then some good snow storms, we finally decided it was time to get the carpets cleaned. I have to say this was the best carpet cleaning experience I have ever had....the owner James was incredibly nice & helpful, they were punctual, went above & beyond what we paid for and the work was fantastic (they got every stain out and the carpet looks almost new again). Our carpets look great! And I didn't walk away from the experience feeling like I was being scammed or pressured into buying more than I needed/wanted/could afford. If anyone in their service area needs carpet cleaning services, I highly recommend these guys!…

Worst Carpet Cleaning...I mean soaking EVER!. Had them clean our carpets in February 2012 after we babysat a puppy and they had some accidents. First off they do not clean, they soak the carpets. It took over a day before I could put our furniture back into our rooms. We had the heat cranked up to 78 with three box fans blowing. After they dried we noticed that the urine smell was still present, and the carpets did not look any cleaner. We called and they stated that they could come over and re-do the carpets, but it would cost $25 per room. HOW REDICULOUS!!! Oh but wait, they also offered "as a favor to us" the opportunity to go to a carpet cleaning store to purchase something called Odorcide and clean them ourselves. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? The sad thing is we unknowingly used the same carpet service last year: The kid in the Beat up Bronco referenced in another review came over... good grief I feel dumb :(…

Horrible. We got a Groupon on this company thinking it would be a great way to get the carpets spruced up for the holidays. Purchased mid October and they did not have any availability until after Thanksgiving. They basically used a carpet cleaner that we could have rented at the store for less. Came home to dirt lines in the carpet and had to go over it with our hand steamer. I would NOT recommend using these folks. Very disappointed.…

THE WORST!!. I purchased this service and was EXTREMELY dissapointed! The star rating system doesn't have an option for ZERO stars... The guy pulled up in old, beatup Bronco, walked up to me and said "Uh, I'm here for to clean your carpets." I showed him the groupon on my phone and without saying anything he walked back to his car and started unloading his "equipment" - a bucket, a hose, and a backpack.

He came in, asked for an outlet and started "cleaning'. He was done with 3 rooms and a hallway in about 20 minutes, dumped dirty water in my kitchen sink, and left with only "Alright, I'm done."

Afterwards, my house smelled so badly of chemicals and dirty water that I left every window open for 5 days and the smell still wasn't gone! This was by far the worst experience of carpet cleaning and customer service I have ever seen.... P.S. My carpet was NOT clean.…
