When we first moved into Bonterra Lakeside apartments, we had a good experience. The management was courteous and very helpful. They responded to tenet concerns quickly. However, a new management company has recently taken over and the customer service has gone down fast! We complained about our neighbors constantly partying below us and were told, "There's nothing we (management) can do. Call the cops in the future." We have also contacted the management regarding other issues and it takes on average 2 weeks for them to even acknowledge our concern and even longer to do anything about it. Also, the company has promised apartment upgrades (new windows, doors and toilets) and we have not received a single one of these even though we've followed their directions. They're incredibly difficult to work with and I would not recommend anyone move into these apartments. Look elsewhere!
