I bought a car there a few years ago and it still angers me every time I think about those shysters and their unresponsive staff. They are all sweetness and light until one tries to change something within one's contractual rights. I tried to eliminate (the very next day) the slick $700.00 "premium" oil change service slipped into my contract as well as the GAP insurance I decided I didn't want. Got through once to the suddenly extremely rude financial manager (who told me he was too busy to talk to me then and would get back to me...ri--i--ght) and then....nothing. No amount of calls, certified mail, etc. were ever even acknowledged, much less acted upon. A horrible place...I did not go there for ONE oil change because it just made me sick to even think about setting foot there again. Will never deal with them again and I encourage everyone I know to STAY AWAY.
I purchased a vehicle from here about two years ago. The car was fine but it was declared a total loss after an accident. When I purchased the vehicle I spent an extra $1600 on a vehicle service agreement which is supposedly refundable. I canceled the service agreement and was told it would take up to 8 weeks to receive the refund. As of today it has been 12 weeks and I haven't received it. I have called upwards of 10 times each time I am redirected to someone that can assist me we with my problem only to be sent straight to voice mail and my calls are not returned. They are great at taking your money but they don't want to give it back when its owed. Customer service is by far the worst I have dealt with anywhere. I strongly recommend taking your hard earned money elsewhere.
Worst service department ever!. After making an appt. one month in advance for an 8 a.m. oil change, I was rudely greeted by Jeff Byers who informed me it would be a few hours. When I asked why, he treated me as if I was stupid. This went on for six hours until I demanded my car back. Jeff again had trouble getting to me in a timely fashion and seemed to enjoy the fact that he had my keys. Oh, BTW, he sent me out to my car telling me the keys were inside and then when I walked back inside, there he stood chatting with two guys swinging my keys in his hand. All four people I dealt with that day were extremely obnoxious. This must be one great place to work if people are that rude and obnoxious!
