Stopped up kitchen sink. Googled Roto-Rooter and came up with an advertisement connected to their location for "Any drain cleaned $88.00" When Roto-Rooter came they said they would not honor the advertisement instead wanted $279.00 to clean one drain. We ultimately settled on a lesser amount. I can't help feel but cheated!!

I had work done in February of 2013, by The Roto-Rooter Plumbers. I was very pleased with the work that Roto-Rooter did for me. They were on time and the work was done correctly.

The Plumber, David, was very precise in all that he did.

He gave me some helpful tips as well.

I was very happy with the results of his work.

The Roto-Rooter here in Colorado Springs, is a great team.

I appreciate all that David did.

After initial call to Roto-Rooter in Colorado Springs, Jason Silverberg was here in about 45 minutes, He was polite, professional an after looking at the problem, knew what to do. He finished in a reasonable time and made sure that line was clean and cleaned around area he snaked out. I have always used Roto-Rooter and the service this time was exceptional. Young men like Jason are a pleasure to have in the house even with the mess we had. I felt comfortable with him here. Thanks again. Carolyn Bassett

Just received excellent, timely, and thorough support from Roto-Rooter. Craig, the Plumber, was excellent when here. Very personal and professional. Best in Colorado SpringsThe call-in service was also very helpful and attentive to the problem, and executed very quick service for our plumbing line problem. Will certainly go back to Roto-Rooter for any future problems.

Fast. My sink was blocked and I called Roto Rooter at 8 pm. They answered the phone quickly and offered to send someone out that night. I decided to wait until the next morning, and a technician was at my house when they said they would be and cleared the blockage quickly.

Colorado Springs Worst Plumbers!. I'm so sick of seeing Rooter Rooters Fake Reviews all over the web, I wrote this review a while ago and I find it very interesting that it is now missing! I cannot say for certain if my experience was due to sheer incompetence or pure greed, but neither are favorable. I will never call on Roto-Rooter again in my life, and I will share my experience with anybody who will hear it. We called Roto-Rooter and Technician #1 arrived that afternoon to clear out our sewer lines. He tried for about an hour, explained we had a "serious" blockage and called out Technician #2 to run a camera through the line. While every other plumbing service runs a camera to check their work (in one fee, one service), apparently Roto-Rooter, though working blindly, is confident in their work and demands another $150 for you to have them check their own work... Technician #2 arrived and did not try to clear the lines. He only ran the camera (and never provided the DVD) and of course could not see past the blockage that Technician #1 failed to clear. He absolutely was the largest waste of $150 I have ever spent. Technician #2 recommended we do a full sewer line replacement immediately, to be started tonight. To the tune of $6000! It was quite terrifying, but I sent him on his way. I know I would never pay thousands without a second opinion. called a lot cheaper local plumbing service the very next morning they cleared the line that afternoon within an hour. Also, before the plumber started his work, he pointed out a nice crack in our sewer pipe that TWO Roto-Rooter technicians failed to do. The plumbing service company cleared 3 ft of tree roots, and replaced 12 ft of cast iron pipe for $500, Roto-Rooter provided absolutely nothing for $500.00 but lies and a nightmare! I really fear how many people they've convinced to have sewer lines unnecessarily replaced for thousands so one guy can make a commission. Homeowner's insurance does not cover these costs. It just makes me sick to think about!!!

Couldn't be more pleased!. We have lived in our Colorado Springs home for seven years without any issues, but the day came that we needed to call a plumber to check out why our sewer pipes were not draining. Yikes! When Michael arrived (early!) he was very friendly, and jumped right in to see what needed to be done. He was very communicative and never left us wondering what the zinger was going to be when he handed us the bill. He very professionally kept us aprised of the services and what they would cost, and gave us the option to say yes or no before proceeding. Most importantly, he left our home clean and with working plumbing!

Knights in Blue Shirts. For the last couple of days, I had been struggling with the shower not draining and winding up ankle deep in water. I try to handle things myself as far as I can but no amount of plunging, pouring boiling water down the drain or using baking soda and vinegar would help. Called Roto-Rooter and Mike, the plumber, came over promptly, removed a tangle of roots from about 30 feet out from the house (I live in Colorado Springs), gave me some tips on dealing with killing the roots as opposed to simply "pruning" them, cleaned up the mess and was on his way. I have always had good service from Roto-Rooter no matter what part of the U.S. I have lived in. I have never been disappointed in their services.

Roto-Rooter Plumbers - March 2, 2012. The main sewer drain backed up while taking a shower resulting in water discharging onto the lower level floor. Roto-Rooter was called and they sent a plumber from Colorado Springs to address the problem. Many friends have used Roto-Rooter and were pleased with their service. The plumber arrived timely, was courteous, identified and corrected the problem areas. He even used his shop-vac to clean up the water on the floor. I am extremely satisfied with the punctuality and end result of the service received.
