I WILL NEVER TRUST DR CHANG or HIS OFFICE. Dr. Chang diagnosed me at age 53 with macualar degeneration. I got 2 second opinions from a retina specialist and an opthamologist who say he is wrong. my insurance was processed at the office visit and a copay was processed. Now his office claim I have no insurance and turned my bill over to collections. Not one person there will listen to you. These were 2 serious mistakes by Dr Chang since they do not affect him he will not get involved.
