One of the worst places and services I have ev er received. Never go there!. Absolutely one of the worst customer service I have ever received. Disorganized and arrogant. The nicest person seems to be the receptionist. Dr. Polo was rude and snappy. As a business owner myself, I have to deal with customers in a high end environment. I would have been out of business years ago if I treated any one of my customers. Not only did they know that I was disserviced, they did not care. No follow-up to see if I was OK.....NEVER go back and NEVER recommend this type of service. There's better service in any number of other skin care specialists. I know. I found several since then..
