This Place is a Rip Off!!. I had a free consultation for tattoo removal. The Dr. quoted me the price of the tattoo removal service, but indicated that he was also going to be charging a $100. fee above the service price for being a new patient in that office. It was clear to me that his intentions were to get every dime he could out of a new patient. No other office in town charges a ludicrous fee such as this. Don't go to this office for any services he is a old, rude, money miser!!
