Great. I've had a really great interaction with everyone there in the service department. Not having purchased my vehicle with Liberty, but having a Toyota, I take it there for all major maintenance. Being in the military, I work long hours and getting there is sometimes a hassel, but they've always worked around my schedule and situation (offering a rental car for repairs taking over 2 hours so I can get to work). I also am eligible for a 10% military discount on all services completed.

While some of the repairs they recomend for routine maintenence I do go elsewhere to have completed (brakes, lube, etc.), I have never gotten any pressure or grief about it.

Thanks. I had to let the world know about the great experience I had at Liberty Toyota. For over a year I had my heart set on a FJ Cruiser and patiently waited until I had the resources to actually go and buy the car...my first new car in years. But I kept putting it off because, frankly, I did not want to deal with the whole thing...the salesman, the dealer, I just wasn't up to a hassle over price charges for this and that, add-ons, etc. etc. But with nudging from my better half, one day I took a deep breath and prepared for battle. What a great surprise. Steven Moore met us, took us for a test drive, brought us back to the dealership, and from that point forward, the experience was like a gift. Steve led me through the process, explained all the details of the FJ, what was included and not, no hype on anything! I made decisions, we spent time on the financing, that went beautifully, and I drove out of the Liberty Toyota lot with my prized FJ.
