I have been a customer of this dealer for more than 8 years. The service department has always been exceptional. I went there yesterday with no intention of changing my vehicle. I was introduced to Kenneth Ruggers, salesperson, who took the time to listen to my reasons for not needing a new car at this time. I was driving a 2010 RAV4 on lease until October, when I planned to purchase the car. Ken walked me through the process of securing a new vehicle, presenting the benefits, while dispelling any possible negatives. I ended up turning in the RAV4 and leasing a new Highlander. His presentation was the determining factor. This is my sixth consecutive Toyota purchase, and I have never been as pleased with a transaction. I will continue to have both of my Toyota vehicles serviced at Liberty, and will be happy to discuss this purchasing experience with friends and family. It's a shame your rating system is based on a scale of only 1 - 5. Dealing with Ken Ruggers at Liberty was clearly a 10.

Our experience with LHM was outstanding. Johnny was the salesman that we worked with and he made buying a new Tundra a very painless process - I have purchased many vehicles in the past and I can honestly say Johnny was the best salesman I've ever dealt with. It's been a while since we last bought a new vehicle and when my wife and I showed up we were expecting to spend hours haggling over prices, dealing with the "unseen" manager vs. the actual car salesman, etc. Needless to say, we were both surprised when our expectation was not met (no haggling and no "unseen" manager). It almost seemed too easy to buy a truck...I wish every car sales store ran this smoothly.

We have bought several Toyotas and usually through JC Christianson. He is honest friendly and very helpful. He goes out of his way to please. Our only complaint is your ""bullpen"" who make all the decisions on what and how the deal is done, it takes too long especially when everything was up front and very clear to begin with. Sitting around for 2 to 3 hours while they do their thing is really ridiculous. And then one has to double check everything they compute.

From greeting to farewell, we felt we counted. Selection of vehicles (we had narrowed our search to a RAV4 standard 6 cylinder)was ample for colors. (We had made contact via an online search and got an immediate call and invitation.) Delays attendant to test drive, price negotiation, extras, finance and final prep were not excessive. Main salesperson, Mr Purser, was friendly, helpful, and entertaining.

Everyone was very helpful and friendly while explaining everything to me. The waiting area was very nice. The service staff stayed beyond closing time to finish my service on my Tacoma pick-up. I was provided with information to consider for future maintenance for my truck.

Kem brought a welcome, low-key approach to our visits. He knew the rather complex electronics of the Highlander well. If we asked something about which he wasn't sure, he cheerfully found the right answer.
