Pens & Needles Custom Tattoo - GREAT. This shop is GREAT! Been there twice myself and ever since then I have recommended to all my friends and family(even out of state). I have even gotten my husband to get his very 1st one there :)

They help you every way they can and they are very decently priced....

Voted 2011 Best of Colorado Springs!. In Colorado Springs there are over 50 tattoo businesses. It says a lot about a business that is willing to INVITE your customers, or simply persons that have come to your business to judge you! To be judged based on YOUR experience! It could be the reason there are so many reviews, mostly because a customer thought enough of their experience to share, good and bad! Even the occasional FAKE , and slanderous reviews teach us lessons in how we should continue in the same strides to give our customers the best service and artwork possible. I believe effective handling of your reviews and how we aim to fix them is the best opportunity to show what we can really do for our customers. Providing service is an essentially different challenge from manufacturing a product; in service industries, the customer is part of the production process. In other words, service is an EMOTIONAL, subjective experience. The same service may be judged as either excellent or totally unacceptable by two different customers. The good news is that the vast majority of our customers want us to SUCCEED, and most of us want to be part of the SUCCESS story. It remains only for me to teach our staff of this and provide the necessary positive support and encouragement to confront the challenges of providing good service, day in and day out! Ultimately these reviews will never tell you that the key of good service lies within the organization, we want you to see for yourself.
