Avoid. Terrible service and terrible business practices. The sheriff came to my property with a violation for brush and when I asked the Dorman Rep. to take care of it and was specific about the 30-day deadline (even spelling out the day it needed to be completed in case he couldn't do the math, which he couldn't). Forty-five days later, it still wasn't done and I was summoned to court. Besides being late - it came in over budget (40% over!) - and he couldn't provide me evidence (photo) that it had been done. At this point, it'd probably be easier for me to manage my own property. Would NEVER recommend these people to anyone else.

Tenants BEWARE!!!!!!. READ VERY CAREFULLY THE LEASE THEY ASK YOU TO SIGN. They will tell you the lease says one thing when it says the exact opposite. As their standard lease is worded the tenant is responsible for the condition of the property and all repairs. They tell you that the landlord takes care of all repairs but if you read the lease it says the opposite. I asked them to change the lease to reflect what they were telling me and they refused. WHY???? Just be careful, why is their lease form not consistent with their verbal explanation of the lease? Why don't they change the wording to make it consistent with their assurances? I walked away. So should you if you are wise.

be warned!. never do business here! nothing but the biggest mistake. i trusted this company to manage my rental property and it cost me a ton of $. not only did my house get trashed, but they tried to charge me for it! they also told me they would rent it for a year, then they rented it for 6 months and did not tell me until the renters were moving out after 5 months! consider yourself warned! feel free to contact me for more details. i am sure they will write a fake review trying to make themselves look better after they see this one.
