She was in the basement of this location but has since moved. Her website offers gift certificates but be WARNED: she herself, nor her website has any policy’s in place as to refunds. She literally makes them up as she feels on the particular day. I had a gift certificate to go to her but had heard bad things about her and her “massages”. When I called her to get a refund she refused to give any kind of refund. I was told if I had some kind of medical emergency she may consider it, but she would not consider it for me. She became loud and very abrasive. She actually screamed into the phone. I finally asked her if she was 5 because professionals do not conduct themselves the way she was. You would have thought I asked for free massages. Ask around before you use her – she does not have a good reputation nor does she conduct her self professionally
