Best All-Purpose Service Company Ever. I am not only extremely happy but also very grateful to Spectrum Home Services of Colorado Springs for all the work they did for us. We live "in the sticks" and it is hard to find reliable services. Plus, we had a strange laundry list of things that needed doing: we needed our cathedral ceiling windows cleaned inside and out, which necessitated removing very heavy and large louvered wooden shutters on the inside windows. We also needed the lights which were placed all around our deck rewired. Finally, we needed a lot of caulking done around our windows and doors, some of which were really high. Spectrum sent a team of three extremely hard workers who specialized in different areas but were able to help one another when help was needed. All the work was accomplished in a day and a half, and we couldn't be more pleased with the quality. Given all the work we had done, we thought the price was very reasonable.

We won't hesitate to call on Spectrum again.

Great to work with. I had a bit of an emergency - unexpected company coming just when I already had too much to do and couldn't properly prepare on my own. I made one call to Spectrum Home Services here in Colorado Springs and they sent two crews out promptly. The ladies cleaned my house well from top to bottom and another crew cleaned up my outside yards. When our company arrived they found a calm host who was thrilled to see them. I am signing up for scheduled help now both indoors and out.

The Best Handyman, House Cleaning, Yard Care In The Springs!. I was lucky to find this company on the internet and try them out. I needed a few simple things done to our house like putting up a ceiling fan, a new outside light and fixing a loose deck rail. I can't do these things very easily because I have 2 bad knees. Bob and Tom from Spectrum came to do a bid and the price was so reasonable that I accepted and they did these things on the spot. Bob gave me a brochure on their company and learned they did lawn care and house cleaning. We were using a lawn company that we weren't happy with so we tried these guys and they were much better --- thorough and our grass hasnt look better. Juanita came out to do a bid on cleaning our house, my wife Jan has been struggling with it since she had back surgery. Her price was good and they did a very good job so now we have them come out every couple weeks.

It has been refreshing for us to have one company do all of this stuff for us. Everybody we have dealt with have been real nice and even kind of fun to deal with. We recommend these folks very highly!
