I agree with the other poster. I
recently had them come out to replace a radiator. The first quote I received was for 412. When the guys came out they said it was 435 and if I wanted coolant. If I wanted coolant it would be 450. Who gets their radiator replaced but doesn't want coolant???
I had to talk with "Steve" to work through the numbers. My gut told me I should run but I need the car repaired ASAP and they were open on Sunday.
And they said they needed cash or at least a portion of the total amount in cash so they could go buy the part and the mechanics could get paid.
The good....they replaced the radiator to what level of quality...who knows???
The bad....terrible expectations, terrible demeanor and no level of professionalism. Reeked of cigarettes and BO and had a handful of teeth between the two mechanics and showed up without the proper tools, parts to do the job.
I would never do business here again!
