Lack in experience and customer service

My experiences with ADESA years ago were very pleasurable and I looked forward to every new experience there. Through the past few years starrting around 2004. Under new management customer service gradually deteriated and the dealers were not considered as valued customers. Since then management has gotten rid of alot of there key employees. This has become one of mine and other dealers least favorite auctions to attend....Its a shame, all due to one persn impowered.
