Horrible Service; They continue to over charged my account!

Untrained employees don't know how to fill out contracts and poor customer service...took 3 months to get a manager to call me back regarding a problem with my automatic payments, Then, when a manager DID call me back there was "nothing they could do"....my account is getting charges $40 TOO MUCH each month and there is nothing they can do??? I bet if I was underpaying by $40 each month they would figure out a way to fix it. I have used Tan Your Hide in the past and have found it to be very professional and way cheaper. STAY AWAY FROM ONE SUNSATIONAL TAN!!!
