PGA professional: Mike Northern

Course description: A mostly flat course with some trees that plays fairly open. The greens are of average size and speed. An easy walking course.

Signature hole: No. 13 -- 478 yards, par 4. A slight dogleg right with water along the left side.

Best birdie chance: No. 7 -- 515 yards, par 5. Reachable in two off a slightly downhill tee shot to an open fairway. The average-sized green is open in front to accept a long second shot.

Play policy: No restrictions on public play. Carts are not required, and do not follow the 90-degree cart rule when used. Walking is allowed and pull carts are available. Spikeless shoes are required.

Reservation policy: Tee times may be made seven days in advance.

Directions: Exit Interstate 25 at exit 139 and proceed on U.S. 24 Bypass/Fountain Boulevard. Go to Chelton Road and turn left. Travel north to the course on your left.

Fees (18 holes/9 holes): Residents ($17/$9); nonresidents ($24/$12). Power cart rental ($20/$10); pull cart ($4/$2).
