Great Dentist

I recently got dental insurance, so this was the first dentist I have been to in a while. I chose them initially because they are close to where I live. When I got there I was pleasantly surprised---the staff is competent and friendly, they are willing to work with your financial situation, and they work fast!

During my first visit, they discovered I had an abcessed tooth. The staff was so nice---they even gave my daughter 3 toys, and she was just there for my appointment! At my second visit, I had a root canal done (it was my first one---and I was really nervous! Before that I had only ever had 2 cavities filled!) and they put me completely at ease about it. They offered me music to listen to, made sure the area they were working on was numb before they began working, they spoke with me about everything they were doing, and I almost fell asleep during the procedure (no I did not have anything other than localized novacaine and a numbing gel).

And their prices are very reasonable!

Great Experience

It was the best dental experience I've ever had. It was comfortable, clean, easy, and fast. The entire staff went far above and beyond to assist us.

Gentle, Caring, & Efficient Dentist and Staff

My 4 year old son had his first Dental exam with Dr. Bertsch. The Dr. and his staff were caring and proficient. We only waited a few minutes in the waiting room. The receptionists were helpful and polite. I also had a cleaning and exam. The hygenist who perfomed my cleaning was extremely gentle and efficient. I was so relaxed that I actually got sleepy. My overall experience was great.
