average service - ridiculous prices

Staff was very nice and the setting was lovely. Spa treatments were good but I've had better for a lot less money.

The Scene
No visit to the Broadmoor Hotel is complete without a visit to the hotel's unrivaled spa. Spa-goers enjoy a refreshingly quiet and flower-filled environment, complete with plush changing rooms, cozy fireplaces, stunning mountain views, heated robes and fresh fruit, herbal teas and ice water redolent with fresh orange slices. The staff is very accommodating, so if you'd like wine with your manicure, consider it done.

The Services
The innovative and restorative treatments are worth the price tag. Emphasizing mind, body and spirit, the spa is best known for its Serenity Shower--a fully computerized, 19-jet shower and spray combination with varying water temperatures and pressures. The signature hot, deep and harmonic stone therapy treatments use heated stones to pinpoint problem areas. Body polishes infused with local tree botanicals are nothing short of magical.

Pricey but worth it

Spending a day at the Spa at the Broadmoor is an experience. They just finished a revamping of the Spa and it is even better than before. With a computer controlled Shower, massage people who know their stuff and the atmosphere of the Broadmoor, how can you go wrong? It is a bit more expensive than other spas, but for a yearly getaway, you can't beat it!

the facilities are old and dated-not up to par, very cold! snobbish attitude. definitely NOT worth your time or money. I will NEVER go back!
