HACK JOB at Styles and the owners do not care

Went in for a trim of 1/4 inch and some light thinning, a little texurizing at the crown...got Maria the German, who took to slicing about 80% of the bulk of my hair, leaving me thin and uneven... with huge holes where hair should have been, I even held up a huge amount of hair to her in the mirrior and she still didn't stop...wrote and email to Marlene NO RESPONSE...called and was given the run around... told by the Maria who messed up my hair to come in so she can correct it... HA why would I go back in to someplace that ruined my hair in the first place? Never got so much as an apology.... I will tell everyone in the springs about this Lack of Styles salon...I had to pay an additional 40$ to J Gregory for them to fix it and they did the best they could...but I lost 4 inches of my hair and 80% of the bulk.... I had been growing out my hair for 2 years after chemotherapy took it, Now I have to start all over again...thanks to Maria at STYLES

What can I say I loved it. The staff is friendly and knowledgable, and the stylist have the trendiest hilighting techniques I've ever had - ask for Maria or Susie they are the absolute "bomb". I recommended Styles Salon to all my friends and colleauges.

Three years have passed, that stylist is long gone, and the owners have recommited themselves to the salon and most importantly, it's guests. That never should have happened to you, the experience with Maria, the runaround from management, and being left to deal with that on your own. I don't expect you to ever give us a try again, just know that I am really sorry for your experience. Martha.
